Piollot Pere et Fils
The Piollots have been family growers and wine producers for five generations. Henry George Wines is delighted to be associated with the present owners of this 5 hectare vineyard at Polisot, in the Aube, the southernmost Champagne region. The Piollots passion for their terroir will shortly be rewarded with official biodynamic certification for the Marie Courtin brand which will be available from Autumn 2008.
Henry George Wines highly recommends the Piollot champagnes, which are dominated by the intense flavour of Pinot Noir.
