Pithois Cuvée Vieilles Vignes
The grapes which make up this champagne are selected from the oldest vines among Emmanuel Pithois' Grand Cru vineyards. The assemblage is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, of which 20% is aged in oak prior to bottling.
