Means: (Greek origin) “The Exalted One” Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah & Merlot
A full ripe black cherry colour with an intensive, complex aroma tinged with smoke notes and nuances of violet, combined with wild dark berries. It is well structured and lively, full bodied and rich with black fruit aromas and a vivacious acidity and finely bound tannins packs every taste bud with a punch. A great accompaniment to traditional red meat dishes and for full enjoyment it is highly recommended that this wine be decanted at least an hour beforehand.
