The colour is a dark cherry Red with a bright edge. There are intense Cassis aromas blended with red berries which produce a delight of harmony, finesse and complexity. Rich fruity flavours of blackberry and blueberry abound in a unique way with exciting vanilla notes This is a wine displaying a fine balance with opulent strength and body. It is scented and seductive and the blend of varieties really works. This is a very versatile drinking wine being both Ideal with rich stews, BBQs and cheeses as well as working well slightly chilled with lighter summer dishes.
