Christophe Mignon Brut non vintage owes its fresh apple and brioche flavour to the use of 100% of Pinot Meunier.
This has always been our best seller, despite the presence on the site of several champagnes with much higher profiles! In fact we know of no other vigneron, famous or otherwise, who consistently produces such quality with this grape variety.
For too long Meunier has been the bridesmaid among the Champagne grape varieties and this is proof that it has every right to stand out there on its own.
