Françoise Bedel's current release of Entre Ciel et Terre comes from 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, mostly harvested in 2004, with a small proportion of reserve wine from 2002.
It has an extremely rich honey, caramel and brioche nose with an intense golden colour from its long lees ageing (minimum of 6 years).
