Means: (Latin Origin) “New Mountain” Grenache and Monastrell
This is a wine which displays an intense ruby red colour with aromas of fresh berries and taste characteristics of the gentle Mediterranean climate. The wine is fermented in steel tanks and on the palate deep fruity flavours with a hint of cassis and a fairly full body dominate. Fresh and fragrant the Monteneo goes well with cheese and most meat dishes.
