Le Mesnil sur Oger, Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, is known for the finesse, minerality and longevity of its champagnes.
This cuvée is assembled using a high proportion of reserve wine and always spends at least four years on its lees, producing rich autolytic flavours along with the trademark citrus and mineral notes which are a feature of Pascal's wines.
This is an assemblage from the years 2002 (65%) and 2001 (35%)
