From the Grand Cru village of Verzenay, in the Montagne de Reims, Emmanuel Pithois produces some of the best Pinot Noir based Champagnes in the region. This blend, from Emmanuel's Premier Cru holdings, includes 10% of Chardonnay, giving an extra hint of finesse.
