Arnaud is a member of the Club Trésors, a group of 28 winemakers, elected from the finest areas of the Champagne region, and a Special Club champagne is only made in outstanding vintage years. The 2013 comes from three parcels in Villers-Marmery, planted on chalky south and east-facing soils, whose average age is 35 years. 30% of the grapes were vinified in oak casks and the remainder in stainless steel. After the first fermentation, the wine also went through malolactic fermentation. After being bottled, the wine was aged for over 6 years on its lees and was dosed at 8g/l on disgorgement. Beautiful creamy mousse, with a full and long, yet refreshingly citrus palate.
