Christophe Mignon Meunier Rosé

This is one of our favourite rosés. It’s made from 100% Pinot Meunier, 16% to 20% of which is red wine, from grapes harvested in 2015 and 2016. Bottled in 2017, it spends 3 years on its lees before being disgorged on a day which conforms to the Lunar Calendar.

A warm salmon colour, with elegant reflections of ruby, it has a fruity, powerful and generous nose, followed by very fresh and vital strawberry flavours in the mouth. It has a long and silky finish.
