Arnaud's latest gem is made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, using reserve wines from a perpetual reserve dating back to 2002. Aged on the lees for 5 years. This showed beautiful lemon fresh flavours and chalky salinity when we lasted tasted it.
