This is an assemblage of 80% Pinot Noir and 8% Pinot Blanc from 4 years' harvests, (2015-14-13-12) blended with 12% of still red Pinot Noir and aged for a minimum of 3 years on the yeast.
It has an intense, cherry red colour and nose and a big, fleshy summer fruit palate which pairs delightfully with light meals and fruit-based desserts.
