Jean Laurent Fleurs De Celles - Case of 6 Bottles
Unusually for Jean Laurent, this is an assemblage of 4 different grape varieties from 2 years harvests.
Pinot Noir combines with Pinot Blanc, Arbanne and Chardonnay in equal parts to produce this stunner. It was bottled in 2011 and uses fruit from the harvests of 2010 and 2009, spending at least 6 years maturing on its lees prior to disgorgement.
We recall it's expressive nose, creamy and fruity. These characters continue on the palate and evolve in to a beautifully fresh and saline finish.
